suspense

suspense:

our opening of our film should contain a sense of enigma and suspense.

Suspense is a feeling of satisfying appeal and excitement mixed with fear, tension, and anxiety developed from an unpredictable, mysterious, and rousing source.

An audience experiences suspense when they expect something bad to happen and have (or believe they have) a bigger view on events in the drama's order of knowledge, yet they are helpless and uneffective to interfere. Films having a lot of suspense belong in the thriller slasher, horror or action adventure genre.

black swan FILM review

Fantastically deranged at all times, Darren Aronofsky's ballet psycho-drama is a glittering, crackling and outrageous

Black Swan is a 2010 American psychological thriller horror film directed by Darren Aronofsky and starring Natalie Portman, Vincent Cassel, and Mila Kunis. The plot revolves around a production of Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake ballet sequence

The production requires a ballerina to play the innocent and fragile White Swan, for which the committed dancer Nina (Natalie Portman) is a perfect fit, as well as the dark and sensual Black Swan, which are qualities embodied by the new arrival Lily (Mila Kunis). Nina is overwhelmed by a feeling of immense pressure when she finds herself competing for the part, causing her to lose her tenuous grip on reality and descend into a living nightmare.

Mila Kunis poses in a white dress   Natalie Portman looks to the camera's left, smiling The poster for the film shows Natalie Portman with white facial makeup, black-winged eye liner around bloodshot red eyes, and a jagged crystal tiara.

problems

on the 4th of November we returned back to school and headed straight up to MGS to show her the footage unfortunately the footage we had gathered through out the holiday was completely back and you could barley hear the sound that was recorded

this does mean we will have to re-film the shot we had taken

we will probably do this late November due to exams

On location filming

as you can see today we began film the first part of out film it we began filming at 18;00 and set off we had a team discussion as to what we would be filming today and we set up the camera and tripod made refreshments and began filming we set off well and we came across many disruptions we discussed the lighting in the first shot as it was to dark and we was unable to see we then turned on the port light and it gave us the right amount for it to be able to be seen on the camera we then ran out of battery on the camera and we charged the camera up and had a short break once we had filmed the first 20-30 secs of the film we called it a night and planned to meet at 4:30 tomorrow and we would finish at 8:00pm in the evening.
